The entire tournament schedule and program will be posted online. Be sure to check the website just before departing for any last minute format changes due to teams being dropped or added. If you would like printed copies of the format or schedule, please take the time to print these off from home. The NCVA will not provide printed materials at the tournament in our effort to Go Green!

All coaches are required to check-in prior to the beginning of play at the tournament. The Check-In Desks (Tournament Desks) are located as follows:
Check-In for the tournament will be on Saturday, May 27, 2017
AM Wave: between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
PM Wave: between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
All coaches are required to carry their signed players’ Medical Release Forms with them at all times during the tournament. You do not need to submit these forms to the NCVA at Check-In. You may be asked to present these forms at any time during the event.
Check-In Desk (Tournament Desk) locations:
San Mateo Event Center: inside the event center toward the back wall.
There will not be a coaches meeting. However, there will be qualified Tournament Directors on hand to answer any and all questions you may have.
No coolers or outside food are allowed in the San Mateo Event Center. There will be security on-site enforcing this policy.
This is a site requirement so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.
It is highly recommended that you do not leave your belongings unattended. Leaving any items unattended at the tournament is done at your own risk. The NCVA and/or the Convention Centers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please plan accordingly.
