If you would like printed copies of the format or schedule, please take the time to print these off from home. The NCVA will not be providing printed materials at the tournament in our effort to Go Green!

Entry Fees/Registration Deadline

Entry Fee: $500 for all age divisions

Registration Deadline: May 15, 2017

Teams will be accepted after the deadline, if space is available, with an entry fee of $600

There are no refunds after May 15, 2017

Hotels

Tournament Hotels

Your team will not be accepted into the tournament without submitting the required hotel form. Please be sure to submit this form once you have booked and confirmed your hotel reservations.

Tournament Check In

All coaches are required to check-in prior to the beginning of play at the tournament.

Check-In for the tournament will be on Saturday, June 10, 2017

AM Wave: between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

PM Wave: between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM

All coaches are required to carry their signed players’ Medical Release Forms with them at all times during the tournament. You do not need to submit these forms to the NCVA at Check-In. You may be asked to present these forms at any time during the event.

International Agri-Center: inside the Hilver Building

Coaches Meeting

There will not be a coaches meeting. However, there will be qualified Tournament Directors on hand to answer any and all questions you may have.

Coolers and Food

No coolers or outside food are allowed in the International Agri-Center. There will be security on-site enforcing this policy.

This is a site requirement so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.

It is highly recommended that you do not leave your belongings unattended. Leaving any items unattended at the tournament is done at your own risk. The NCVA and/or the Convention Centers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please plan accordingly.
