  • This is a one day event for all age groups. See below for dates of play.
  • All teams start play at 8:00 AM.
  • Timed sets during Pool Play.
  • Full Best of 3 set matches for Bracket Play.
  • All teams guaranteed two matches in Bracket Play.

Entry Fees

Entry Fee: $300 for all age divisions


Registration deadline: February 24, 2020

Teams will be accepted after the deadline, if space is available, with an entry fee of $400

There are no refunds after February 24, 2020

Coolers and Food

No coolers or outside food are allowed in the Capital Soprts Center. There will be security on-site enforcing this policy.

This is a site requirement so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.

It is highly recommended that you do not leave your belongings unattended. Leaving any items unattended at the tournament is done at your own risk. The NCVA and/or the Convention Centers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please plan accordingly.

Spectator Code of Conduct

The March Madness Tournament is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event. By entering the facility, all spectators agree to abide by the following Spectator Code of Conduct as required by USA Volleyball. Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk. Be alert at all times, especially during active play. Children not participating on a team entered in the event must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. The venue is not to be considered an open play area. Open courts and free space within the facility are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.

​Any code of conduct broken at this event can lead to immediate removal from the building.
