Become a Tournament Director!

NCVA is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Tournament Directors and help deliver high-quality volleyball events across Northern California.

Tournament Directors play a key role in the success of our events, helping to manage and oversee NCVA tournaments, ensure smooth operations, and support a positive experience for athletes, coaches, and families. NCVA staff will provide training and ongoing support to prepare you for the role and set you up for success.

This is a seasonal opportunity with most work taking place on weekends, with some weekday responsibilities for setup and preparation depending on the event schedule.

If you’re organized, dependable, and interested in being part of a fast-paced sports environment, we encourage you to apply using the form below. Please note your preferred working area (Sacramento, Bay Area, or open to either) and any relevant experience.

Our team will review submissions and reach out as opportunities and training sessions become available.

If you need any help or have any questions, please email [email protected].
