Senior Director of Programming & Communications
The Senior Director of Programming & Communications provides leadership and management for all logistical programming of NCVA events and organizational systems. This includes oversight of tournament setup, transportation logistics, vendor coordination, and digital logistics (website, branding, and social media). The position ensures that all NCVA events and operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Tournament Staff Positions

Tournament Director
Lead and oversee all aspects of on-site tournament operations to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule. Tournament Directors coordinate with staff, officials, and volunteers to deliver a professional and enjoyable experience for players and spectators. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about volleyball (history within volleyball a plus).

Tournament Staff
Assist with the day-to-day operations of NCVA tournaments, including roles such as TD desk support, ticketing, and general event coordination. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain experience in sports event management. Staff will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced NCVA team members.

Official
Ensure fair play and adherence to rules on the court as a certified volleyball official. Officials are a crucial part of the tournament experience, maintaining safety, integrity, and sportsmanship for all matches. Experience is welcomed, and training opportunities are available for new officials.
