No Dinx /NCVA High Performance - Indoor
The High Performance program is the NCVA’s ‘All-Star’ team. Players from clubs across the region will have a chance to become a region ‘All Stars’!
Age definitions will determine which team a player will join, with Boys offering U15- U19, and Girls offering a U13-U20 (breakdown below). The NCVA hopes to field two teams per age group.
The goal of the High Performance Program for the last 21 years is to provide volleyball athletes with the best coaching and competition available in Northern California.
Members of NCVA High Performance teams will have the opportunity to:
- Compete with the best athletes in the country within their age groups both in the USA and abroad.
- Play with some of the best athletes in Northern California.
- Receive top quality coaching and instruction.
- Learn USA Volleyball systems and techniques.
- Increase individual visibility, particularly for those from club teams with low exposure.

- Players will receive an email from NCVA. Players will be given 72 hours to confirm position.
- Once a player is confirmed, they are posted on the website.
- After a team is filled, alternates will be selected and invited to participate. Should any player be unable
to travel, an alternate would be invited in their place.
