Information for cancellations due to COVID-19:
THS Reservations – THS will work with the hotels to cancel your reservation(s). The hotels will be issuing refunds for any deposits made for the April reservations. We ask that you await an email from THS regarding this process, and allow time as this is a big task.
Hotels4Teams Reservations – Hotels4Teams will be cancelling your reservation(s). Regardless of whether you booked a refundable or non-refundable rate, you WILL receive a refund. We ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for the refunds to be processed, as the travel industry is getting inundated with cancellations and even a simple refund is going to take much longer than usual. If after three weeks you still have not received your refund, please notify Hotels4Teams at [email protected]
