Tournament Cancellation

To enter the entire league, and avoid late registration fees, you must complete all league registration requirements by the deadline. There are no refunds after the deadline.

If a team cancels from a league tournament, the team will be given the last place finish in the tournament and will receive last place points. The team will receive any corresponding sanctions, if applicable.

If you are cancelling the preceeding week of the tournament, Monday after 5:00 PM, your team will receive a sanction.

If a team cancels by the deadline (15 days or more prior to the tournament) from a Non-League tournament, the team will receive a refund. However, if you cancel 14 days or less, you will lost your entry fee and other sanctions may apply.
