Open At Large Application

Open At-Large Bid Requirements:

Teams that did not receive a bid may apply for the Open At-Large process in order to earn a bid to the NCVA Beach Championships.

To apply for an Open At-Large Bid, a team must submit a completed application by the deadline. Due to the required turn-around time, late submissions will not be accepted.

Both players must have participated in a qualifying event in the age group the team is applying for an Open At-Large Bid. For example, you must have played in the 14s age group at one of the NCVA qualifying events in order to apply for an Open At-Large Bid for the 14s age group.

Open At-Large Bids will come from the following pools:
Bids that were not awarded at NCVA qualifying event due to trickle down rules.
Bids that will not be used due to team cancellations/drops.

Open At-Large Application Deadline: 5:00 PM, Tuesday, August 9, 2016.
Open At-Large Bids will be finalized by 5:00 PM, Friday, August 12, 2016.
