The event will be a full 3-day event ALL WEEKENDS beginning on Friday morning at 8:00AM and ending about 4PM or 5PM on Sunday!
Match Pay
Provisional: $43.00
Regional: $45.00
JN: $47.00
National: $49.00
Training referees do not attend qualifiers
Parking Reimbursements
Officials will receive parking reimbursement of up to $20.00 per day. Officials will be responsible for turning their parking receipts in during Sunday check-out.
Carpooling Incentives
- Two (2) Officials Carpooling: $175.00 per car.
- Three (3) Officials Carpooling: $225.00 per car.
*Must provide names of carpoolers at check out of the weekend
Hotel Accomodations
All Officials will receive shared housing from the night before the tournament starts (Thursday night) to the morning of the last day of play (Sunday morning) for that weekend (repeated for the other weekend worked).
Only applicable for official who live over 50 miles away from the venue.
Up to 30 rooms available for Sunday evening. Please request the additional night and we will accommodate if available.
Event Incentive Details
3 Weekend Bonus
Work all three (3) weekends and receive a $500.00 bonus!

In-Region Officials
In Region Officials will receive a $125 travel stipend per weekend. Must work all three (3) days. (see carpooling incentive tab for more details)
Out-of-Region Officials
Out of Region Officials will receive a $225 travel stipend. Must work all three (3) days.
Tournament Swag
Officials who work Far Western will receive tournament swag at the conclusion of each tournament weekend.
Event Day Lunches
Lunch will be provided Friday and Saturday.
Per-Diem
Officials will receive a $25 per-diem in their paycheck post-event.
Membership Requirements
In order to officiate at an NCVA Junior National Qualifier, you must be a current USA Volleyball member in good standing who has completed SafeSport and has passed a background screening.
