Adult League 'Free Agent' Form

Don’t have a full team? No problem — sign up as a Free Agent and we’ll place you on a team for one or more Adult League tournament weekends.

Important: All players must have a current NCVA membership to compete. We offer a special Adult League–Only Membership for $28.00, valid Sept 1–Dec 31, 2025, which covers Adult League play and adult divisions in select NCVA tournaments. (Players planning to compete in USAV Qualifiers or National Championships will need the full Adult Athlete Membership, which can be upgraded if needed.)
