NCVA Code of Conduct
All attendees are required to abide by the following codes of conduct and behavior. Violations of these codes may include removal from the event in addition to potential penalties against the team you are affiliated with including, but not limited to removing the team from the event and awarding last place points.

Youth and Adult Divisions
Youth Divisions
The NCVA will be hosting a Youth division (co-ed), ages 8-11. There is a separate registration for Youth divisions, see top of the page to register.

Adult Division
The NCVA will be hosting an Adult division (Co-Ed). All club coaches, and adults are welcome to join AS LONG AS THEY HAVE A ELIGIBLE NCVA MEMBERSHIP. Teams can be formed within the club or coaches from multiple clubs can come together to compete.
- 1 day of play (Sunday, Dec. 15th)
- Registration fee: $300 per team
- One team member will register for the event on TM2Sign
- NCVA will send an email requesting the full roster, due by Wednesday, December 11th.

Team Check In
Check-in at the Tournament Desk
Team Check-In:
- NO CHECK IN ON FRIDAY.
- Please check in online in TM2Sign.
- One person per team is allowed to approach the Tournament Desk to pick up the team bag during the hours above.
Team Rosters
Building your rosters requires use of both SportsEngine and TM2
Step 1: SportsEngine
Confirm that all your players/coaches on your roster are assigned to your club.
- In your “Directory” search for each Player and Coach.
- Click on their name, then click “Memberships”
- You should see your Club Name in their Memberships. If you do not see your club name, you will need to send them a club assignment request. You cannot build your roster in TM2 until all players and coaches are members of your club in SportsEngine.
Step 2: TM2
Once all of your players and coaches are members of your Club in SportsEngine, you can build your rosters in TM2.
- Click your “Members” tab.
- Click “Import member”.
- Click the big green button.
- Once the members are imported, start building your roster by searching the names of your players and coaches.
- Please note, if you have previously built your roster, you need to delete it and start fresh.
- There may be multiple accounts for each person that will populate; be sure to choose the account that says “Has USAV Membership” in green.
- Once you have your rosters built, click on “Validate”, and the system should validate your roster.

Team Secret Santa Process & Rules:
- Sign Up: Clubs can register their teams to participate by clicking the button above. The deadline to register for Team Secret Santa is Monday, December 2nd at 5:00 PM.
- Gift Guidelines: $25 cap per team (roughly $1.50 per person if your team has a 15-player roster).
- Exchange Details: We will email all teams their Secret Santa starting Wednesday, December 4th, 2024.
Holiday Bonanza One-Event Memberships
Note: If your club’s player(s) and/or coach(es) already have a valid NCVA (or other USAV Region) membership, you do NOT need to purchase One-Event Memberships. These memberships are meant for players and coaches who are not currently full NCVA Members for the 2024/2025 season.
