This appeal form is for Girl’s teams who believe that they are significantly mis-seeded.

Submission deadlines include:

Girls (17/18’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 5th, 2026

Girls (12’s, 14’s, 15’s): 5:00pm, Tuesday, January 20th, 2026

Girls (11’s, 13’s, 16’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 26th, 2026

By filling out this form, you believe that your team’s seed is incorrect by at least 35% of the division’s seeding. This percentage translates to these approximations.
