This appeal form is for Girl’s teams who believe that they are significantly mis-seeded.

Submission deadlines include:

Girls (17/18’s): 5:00pm, Wednesday, December 18th, 2024

Girls (11’s, 15’s, 16’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 20th, 2025

Girls (12’s, 13’s, 14’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 27th, 2025

By filling out this form, you believe that your team’s seed is incorrect by at least 35% of the division’s seeding. This percentage translates to these approximations.
