This appeal form is for Boy’s and Girl’s teams who believe that they are significantly mis-seeded.

Submission deadlines include:

Boys (18’s/17’s & 14’s/13’s): 4:30pm, Wednesday, September 6th, 2023

Boys (16/15’s): 3:00pm, Tuesday, September 12th, 2023

Girls (17/18’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 1, 2024

Girls (12’s-16’s): 5:00pm, Monday, January 22nd, 2024

By filling out this form, you believe that your team’s seed is incorrect by at least 35% of the division’s seeding. This percentage translates to these approximations.

I want to appeal my seed based on my teams on-court presence at California Kickoff. Give example - i.e head-to-head results/teams. This option only applies to unseeded teams.
Did your team play in a higher age division than their "actual" age level of play is? Example: Your team was mostly High School Juniors (17 yrs. old) and was playing as an 18-1 Team. Please provide documentation.*
