NCVA Membership
All referees must register as a full adult member with NCVA.
- A full membership is valid from September 1st to August 31st of the subsequent year.
- You must complete your membership registration online.
- Every other season, NCVA referees must pass the mandated NCVA/USAV background screening.

If you have participated in a club or officiated with the NCVA in the past.
New Membership
If you have never participated in a club or officiated with the NCVA in the past.
Membership Fees are non-refundable
The fee is non-refundable for any reason, non-transferable and is not prorated.
